Due to unforeseen circumstances, David & Becky Hulsey will not be able to attend the Festival. A program similar to David's On-Stream Program "Small Water Tactics" will be presented by PAUL BOURCQ. A program similar to Becky's "Increase Your Enjoyment of Flyfishing - Learn The Double Haul - For Women Only" will be presented by DEB BOWEN.
Paul Bourcq's On-Stream "Nymphing Techniques" Program is being Changed to occur SATURDAY AFTERNOON (instead of Sunday afternoon).
Sadly, OSCAR FELIU has informed us that he cannot attend due to a business commitment so his "Life Cycle of the Caddis" Fly-tying/Entomology program has been cancelled.
