IF YOU ARE A FESTIVAL FLY-TYER, PROGRAM PRESENTER, EXHIBITOR FESTIVAL CHAIRPERSON, YOU GET ONE FREE INDIVIDUAL FESTIVAL REGISTRATION. YOU MUST HOWEVER STILL FILL OUT A FESTIVAL REGISTRATION FORM FOR ALL OTHER ACTIVITIES (INCLUDING THE FRIDAY NIGHT BBQ, THE SATURDAY BANQUET/AUCTION AND ANY OF THE FEE-BASED CLASSES OR SEMINARS). SINCE THESE ACTIVITIES ARE LIMITED TO A SPECIFIC NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS, IT WOULD NOT BE WISE TO WAIT UNTIL YOU GET TO THE FESTIVAL TO SEE IF YOU CAN GET INTO AN ACTIVITY.

For a room reservations, contact 1-706-878-2201 (Ext 271) 9AM-4PM Monday-Friday and mention you are attending the festival on April 27 - 29, 2012 (EVENT #04809) to get the pre-event special room rate (which is dependent on the number of reservations made prior to FEBRUARY 27th of 2012). Do NOT make your reservations using the online links from their website (there is no way to get the special rate doing that). Several camping sites have been put on hold for our attendees also as well as a few of the cabins - ask the attendant when you call if you are interested in those facilities (No Special rates apply to Campground and Cabins).

Sorry, there are no fishing boat rentals - non-motorized personal watercraft (canoes, kayaks, pontoon boats, float tubes) are allowed. Electric Trolling Motoros are also allowed.
