ERIC COOK is an FFF MCI from Atlanta.  When it comes to fly casting, he was originally self-taught, so he understands the frustrations of learning this skill and the importance of quality instruction.  Also from this experience, Eric's style of teaching deals more with the thought process of the student, which helps promote problem-solving skills rather than memorization of rules. Eric began learning fly casting at the early age of nine purely through trial and error. He earned a degree in engineering which enables him to blend the technical background with the artistry of fly casting. Being the eternal student, Eric continues to explore new concepts and techniques.
