South Eastern Flyfishing Festival ONLINE REGISTRATION


This registration process allows you to register yourself  (and family members) for any of the FEE-Based Activitities
and for any free activity that has a limit to the number of participants (that is, any of the events listed on the paper
Registration Form).

The registration process is a combination of a Fill-In PDF Form and a Mail-In Payment Form.

           The Fill-In Form is hosted by Adobe's ACROBAT.COM and you may be required to have the free Adobe
             Reader program on your computer. If you do not have the Adobe reader, there is a link below to download
             it onto your machine.  

           After yout fill in the data ... Click on the Print button in the lower part of the first page ... THEN, click on the
              "Submit Form" button on the top right-hand corner. It will ask for your email address and name again (we
              need information to help track these forms) ... then a message will tell you the form was submitted.  Hit the
              RETURN ARROW  to come back to this page.

           The Mail-In Payment Form is the second page of the Fill-In Form ... but it does not allow you to input any 
             credit card information. We do not have the proper security features on our website to keep your data 
             safe ... so we took the path of least resisitance and are making you fill out a short form and mail it in to us.

           Registrations done using this method are entered into our Registration File in the order they are entered. So
             if you enter all your information and submit the form on Monday morning and your brother or friend enters
             his data Monday afternoon and submits it, your record is in the file before his. This will only become important
             if some of the FEE-Based seminars get filled. 

           The postmark of the Mailed-In Payment Forms will also come into play to decide who gets into what classes.

We apologize for this inconvenience but we would rather do this than be responsible for some ID thief getting your
information from our website or files. Doing it manually this way keeps you safe.

PLEASE NOTE - SCHEDULE CHANGES BELOW:

Due to unforeseen circumstances, David & Becky Hulsey will not be able to
attend the Festival. A program similar to David's On-Stream Program
"Small Water Tactics" will be presented by PAUL BOURCQ. A program
similar to Becky's "Increase Your Enjoyment of Flyfishing -
Learn The Double Haul - For Women Only" will be presented by DEB BOWEN.

Paul Bourcq's On-Stream "Nymphing Techniques" Program is being
Changed to occur SATURDAY AFTERNOON (instead of Sunday afternoon).

Change of LOCATION for the On-Stream part of OSCAR FELIU's "Life Cycle of the Caddis"
Fly-tying/Entomology program (From "Unicoi Outfitters in Helen, GA" to
"just below the dam on the river in Helen, GA").


These changes CANNOT be made to the online registration form itself, so be aware that
David and Becky Hulsey's name will still apear and Paul's Nymphing Seminar will still
show up as being on SUNDAY.
